Now since we only need to publish this for a one single episode this will be really easy. (If you are looking to start a series of podcast you'll need to learn to work with a utility like feed burner from google)
So first step is to record your segment.
I usually use audacity to record or wiretap studios (when I am working on a mac).
After recording and trimming out all the bloopers, audio artifacts, etc make sure to save the file to mp3, this ensures the widest audience to listen to your podcast (while not essential for now mp3 consideration is important if you make a series)
Now for the publishing.
If you are using blogger you'll have an easy time of publishing this to the net.
Step 1)
Select Add Video, don't worry about if it's audio only it'll still play in the end.
Step 2)
Select the file that needs to be uploaded.
Step 3)
The file should look like an embedded video file with the blogger logo on the bottom right. If desired you can left-click on the file and drag it to a different part of post.
Step 4)
Let the video processing finish and you should be good to go now!
